Beijing Boiler Factory has a factory area of 1, square meters and a factory building of 3, square meters. There are membrane wall workshop, serpentine pipe workshop, header workshop, conduit accessory workshop, machining workshop, assembly workshop and packaging workshop in the production plant. The main production equipment includes automatic production line of snake tube, automatic production line of membrane wall, three sets of automatic submerged arc welding machine for welding membrane wall, two small R extruders, heat treatment furnace, two sets of X-ray flaw detection, two sets of 8 radial drilling machines and other advanced equipment. It can process most pressure components including 6MW subcritical pressure boiler, ultra-high pressure boiler, membrane wall of high pressure boiler, serpentine pipe and header duct. The annual production capacity can be processed: 3 tons of membrane wall, 6 tons of serpentine pipe, 7 tons of header and 2 tons of conduit accessories.
