I. Method of use

1. Put the items to be dried into the drying box, close the door.

2. Turn the power switch to "1", the power switch is on, the display has a digital display.

3. According to the operating instructions of the temperature controller, set the required working temperature and working time (working time can not be set).

4. The device will automatically run the required working conditions, turn off the power switch after use and remove the items.

※ If the operating temperature is too high (generally higher than 70 ℃), be sure to wait until the equipment is cooled down before removing the items

II. Temperature controller instructions

1. Temperature Setting

a. In the normal operating state, press the SET key to enter the temperature setting state, at this time, the PV display shows the SP, the SV display the first bit of flashing

b. Press the shift key to shift the blinking bit to the desired setting position;

c. Press the minus key or plus key to adjust the number to the desired value;

d. Press the SET key twice, the instrument will return to the normal working state, the temperature setting is completed, and the instrument will run according to the new setting value.

2. Timing Function

a. In normal working condition, press SET key twice to enter timing setting state, at this time, PV display shows ST, SV display shows 0 and blinking;

b. Press shift key to shift the blinking to the desired setting position;

c. Press minus key or plus key to adjust the digits to the desired value;

d. Press SET key once, the meter returns to normal working condition, the temperature setting is completed and the meter operates according to the new setting value. d. Press the SET key, the instrument enters the timer running state, and the running indicator flashes;

e. The timer function is counting down, in the timer running state, press the shift key, the SV display shows the remaining time of the timer;

f. The remaining time of the timer resets to zero, and the instrument enters the end of the timer state, and the SV display shows End, which flashes, and all the indicator lamps except the wind speed indicator flashes;

c. Press the decrease key or increase key to adjust the digit to the desired value;

c. At this time, the SV display shows End, and flashes, at the same time, all the indicators except the wind speed indicator are off;

g. In the end of the timing state, press the SET key, the instrument returns to the normal working state.

h. At the end of the timer state, the measured value shown on the PV display will drop to the ambient temperature due to the temperature control part of the instrument stops working, this is a normal phenomenon.

i. If the timer function is not needed, be sure to set the timer time to zero.

j. If there is an accidental power failure during the operation of the timer function, the remaining time of the timer will be reset to zero automatically when the power is restored.

k. Timing range of this device: 1 to 9999 minutes or 1 to 9999 hours.
