1, Yongzhou, elegantly known as "Xiaoxiang", prefecture-level city in Hunan Province, is located in the south of Hunan Province, the confluence of Xia and Xiang waters, under the jurisdiction of 2 districts and 9 counties, with a total area of 22,441 square kilometers, the terrain is surrounded by mountains on three sides, and the terrain is complex and varied, with a resident population of 5,479,700 in 2017.

In 2016, Yongzhou realized a gross regional product (GDP) of 156.581 billion yuan, an increase of 8.0% compared with that of 2015, of which the added value of the primary industry amounted to 32.673 billion yuan, an increase of 3.4%, and the added value of the secondary industry amounted to 54.544 billion yuan, an increase of 6.2%, the tertiary industry added value of 69.364 billion yuan, an increase of 11.9%.
