What are the classifications of hand boards?

Usually, products that have just been developed or designed need prototypes. Scaffolding is the first step to verify the feasibility of the product, and it is to find the defects, deficiencies and shortcomings of the designed product, so as to improve the defects in a targeted manner until the most direct and effective method of deficiency can not be found from individual samples. Handboards can be divided into manual boards and CNC handboards according to the means of production. The early scaffolding was limited by various conditions, mainly because most of the work was done by hand, and it was difficult to strictly meet the size requirements of the appearance and structural drawings, so its function of checking the rationality of appearance or structure was greatly reduced. With the progress of science and technology, the rapid development of CAD and CAM technology provides better technical support for the manufacture of hand-boards, which makes the accuracy of hand-boards possible. Handmade boards: They are made by hand. CNC hand boards: Made by CNC machine tools, they can be divided into laser rapid prototyping (RP) hand boards and machining center (CNC) hand boards according to different equipment used. RP Handboard: Handboard produced by laser rapid prototyping technology. CNC Handboard: Handboard produced by CNC machining center. Hand boards can be divided into metal hand boards, plastic hand boards and silicone hand boards according to the materials used for production:

Metal hand board: Its raw materials are aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other metal materials, mostly metal mechanical parts and shell models, such as automobile parts, mechanical equipment, electronic instruments and so on. Plastic handboards: The raw materials are plastic, mainly the handboards of some plastic products, such as televisions, telephones and so on. Silicone hand board: its raw material is silica gel, which is mainly used to show the design and modeling of products, such as toys, handicrafts, daily necessities and so on.
