Which new cars can enjoy subsidies?

Consumers who buy passenger cars in Zhangzhou, including cars, minibuses, vans, off-road vehicles, multi-purpose trucks (pickups) and other cars mainly used for riding, purchase bare cars at a unit price of not less than 50,000 yuan (subject to the invoice amount), and are licensed in this city and issue a Uniform Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales, each car will be subsidized by 3,000 yuan. A single consumer is limited to declare once, with a maximum of 5 vehicles, and the total subsidy does not exceed 1.5 million yuan. If the consumer is an enterprise legal person or a branch, it is required to complete the registration in Zhangzhou before the date of issuance of this notice (June 16).

How to declare

At 8:00 on June 22nd, the time for accepting applications will begin, and the order of subsidy eligibility will be determined according to the time sequence of successfully submitting application materials. The system will prompt the consumer by SMS.

Consumers are registered on the "Zhangzhou Tong" platform with real names. After filling in the relevant information, they take photos or scan and upload the Driving License and the Uniform Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales in turn. Consumers who sell second-hand cars must supplement and upload the Uniform Invoice for Second-hand Car Sales and the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate that has been completely transferred; When consumers scrap old cars, they must supplement the Recycling Certificate (the third copy) and the Cancellation Certificate issued by the traffic police department. The "Zhangzhou Tong" platform automatically sorts and generates rankings according to the time when consumers successfully submit, which cannot be changed.
