Amazon (Amazon; NASDAQ: AMZN), the largest online e-commerce company in the United States, is located in Seattle, Washington.

Amazon and other sellers offer millions of unique new, refurbished, and pre-owned merchandise such as books, movies, television, music, and games, digital downloads, electronics and computers, home and garden items, toys, baby and children's products, food, apparel, footwear, and jewelry, health and personal care items, sports and outdoor products, toys, automotive, and industrial products.

In February 2022, Amazon MemoryDB for Redis, Amazon Cloud Technology's in-memory database, became officially available in the China region. In the same month, Amazon has reached a payment agreement with Visa and will no longer charge additional transaction fees to Visa users in Singapore and Australia, while its UK site will continue to accept Visa credit card payments.

Healthcare:

On February 9, 2022, Amazon announced that it would be launching a nationwide telemedicine service called Amazon Care in the U.S. Amazon Care is gradually incorporating more primary care services. Amazon hopes that Amazon Care will combine telemedicine with a "new approach to offline healthcare" to attract more business customers.
