If the Insured dies or becomes totally

disabled or is diagnosed for the first time with a Major Disease or Mild Disease as defined in the Main Insurance Contract within 90 days from the effective date of the Main Insurance Contract or within 90 days from the date of the reinstatement of the effect (inclusive of the 90th day), the Insurance Company shall not be liable for the insurance, and the premiums actually paid under the Main Insurance Contract will be refunded without any interest and the Main Insurance Contract will be terminated. This 90-day period is called the waiting period. There is no waiting period if the insured person suffers from the above circumstances due to an accidental injury (excluding sudden death).
