Among them, clinical testing and sterilization supply have signed relevant service contracts with other legal institutions, and services provided by other institutions do not need to be equipped with laboratory and sterilization supply room equipment. 3. Have various rules and regulations and technical operating specifications uniformly stipulated by the state, and formulate the job responsibilities of clinic personnel. 4. Submit an application to the Health Bureau, including: establishment application; establishment feasibility study report; site selection report and architectural design plan; qualification certificate and examination passing certificate.
