Knowledge expansion: a model essay on nursing papers
Topic: Analysis on the development and transformation of nursing education in secondary vocational schools under the new normal.
Abstract: After entering the 2 1 century, the nursing education in secondary vocational schools has made rapid development, which has sent many nursing talents to all parts of the country. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of nursing specialty in higher nursing education in China, the supply and demand of nursing staff began to change gradually, and the demand for nursing staff in secondary vocational schools in hospitals showed a decreasing trend. Facing the change of demand under the new normal, the development and transformation of nursing education in secondary vocational schools is imperative. In view of this, this paper puts forward some measures for the development and transformation of nursing education in secondary vocational schools from the social demand for nursing staff for reference only.
Keywords: secondary vocational school; Nursing education; change
Secondary vocational nursing education, as an indispensable part of China's big medical education, bears the important responsibility of transporting nursing staff for China's medical and health undertakings. With the continuous development of China's social economy, the public's demand for health, medical care and health services is increasing. With the development of medical technology and the further deepening of medical and health service reform, the requirements for the structure, quantity and quality of nursing professionals are getting higher and higher. In order to adapt to the current social situation, more and more medical colleges began to offer undergraduate nursing courses and specialized courses. Coupled with the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in recent years, the five-year consistent and three-year higher vocational nursing jointly run by secondary health schools and universities has promoted the gradual transition of nursing education in China from the traditional single-level higher vocational nursing education to the multi-level education model of secondary vocational schools, junior colleges, undergraduate courses and above. What should secondary vocational nursing education face under the new normal? It is difficult to recruit students and the students are poor; Difficult to teach and difficult to manage; Poor exports make it difficult for students to find jobs? Under the severe situation, how to carry out effective transformation and development has become an important issue to be solved urgently in various secondary vocational colleges.
First, the construction of teaching courses to meet the needs of society
In order to adapt to the ever-changing multi-level nursing education model, secondary vocational nursing education should comprehensively refer to social needs and build a nursing teaching curriculum system with consistent teaching objectives and social needs. It should always be implemented. Highlight nursing, strengthen humanities, pay attention to the whole and reflect the community? Is the principle of the development and transformation of nursing teaching gradually formed? One main, two auxiliary, three prominent and four strengthened? Personnel training policy. In the middle? Master? Refers to the professional mode of nursing specialty; ? Shiksuke? Minor in rehabilitation medicine and nursing; ? Three highlights? It means that basic theoretical knowledge needs to be practical, professional theoretical knowledge needs to be targeted, and humanistic knowledge needs to be applied; ? Four major enhancements? Refers to strong comprehensive literacy, strong information ability, strong English ability and strong professional and technical ability. Although the three-year nursing teaching time in secondary vocational schools is extremely limited, diversified education modes such as elective, compulsory, lecture and self-study can be comprehensively used to build a positive teaching environment and guide students to study more deeply, so as to improve their comprehensive quality and lay a solid foundation for effectively adapting to family nursing, clinical nursing and community nursing after graduation. The corresponding nursing course organization can also be adopted? Big nursing and small professional differentiation? What method is that? By constructing a flexible and modular teaching structure, Universal Multi-interface can better adapt to the changes in the current nursing staff market and provide every student with learning resources that meet the needs of the nursing market and career development [2]. In addition, vocational nursing education should actively provide students with a platform to obtain various certificates while actively doing academic education, so as to lay a solid foundation for students' future employment as much as possible.
Second, pay attention to the adaptability training of nursing staff
As mentioned above, with the continuous development of social economy, the people's requirements for nursing services are getting higher and higher. The clinical nursing mode has gradually changed from the traditional passive nursing service with disease as the core to the patient-centered nursing mode. In this situation, nursing teaching in secondary vocational schools should also comprehensively refer to the change of nursing service mode and reform the teaching mode. Secondary vocational colleges should pay close attention to the latest development of nursing industry, actively cooperate with employers, adjust the direction of nursing specialty in time, and strive to achieve zero distance between nursing teaching and job requirements. At the same time, actively encourage teachers to compile teaching materials, further highlight the characteristics of nursing specialty in the teaching process, instill new technologies, new concepts and new knowledge of nursing specialty into students, and truly realize the adaptability and advancement of nursing personnel training in secondary vocational schools. All along, the traditional internship mode? 8 months internship, subject rotation? , not only can't keep up with the demand for talents in the social development situation, but also is not conducive to the cultivation of students' personalized professional ability. This requires secondary vocational nursing teaching to be based on? Take teaching as the leading factor and learning as the main body? Further improve practical teaching, effectively integrate clinical probation with classroom teaching and laboratory operation, and comprehensively use diversified teaching modes such as case teaching method, project teaching method and situational teaching method to truly realize nursing teaching from tradition? What can you teach? What can you teach? Where to? What needs to be taught and what should be taught? Changes make students actively participate in the teaching process and promote students' personality development, innovative consciousness and critical thinking.
Third, actively unite colleges and universities to cultivate high-level nursing talents.
With more and more medical colleges and universities starting to offer undergraduate nursing courses and specialist nursing courses, nursing professionals in China have gradually formed an education level dominated by secondary vocational schools, specialist nursing courses, undergraduate nursing courses and postgraduate nursing courses. In view of this situation, some scholars suggest that as long as the relevant professional positions of employers require undergraduate degrees, higher vocational colleges will no longer set up such majors in principle, and they can try to delete them after a period of transition; As long as the relevant professional positions of the employer require higher vocational education, and the graduates of control major are obviously higher than the social needs, it is necessary to reduce the enrollment scale of this major in secondary vocational colleges as much as possible, and delete this major after a period of transition.
In order to ensure the development of nursing specialty in secondary vocational schools, we should strongly encourage secondary vocational schools with nursing specialty to actively cooperate with higher vocational schools with nursing specialty, and jointly cultivate nursing talents at five-year college level, or try to cooperate with undergraduate colleges with nursing specialty to cultivate nursing talents at six-year undergraduate level, so as to alleviate the difficulties in the supply of low-level nursing staff, continuing education and employment, and effectively prevent the waste of resources and employment caused by greatly reducing the enrollment scale of nursing specialty in secondary vocational schools. To sum up, with the gradual improvement of the multi-level system of nursing education, in the face of the changes in the quality of students, social needs and nursing mode, nursing teaching in secondary vocational schools must be adjusted in time. By constructing teaching courses that meet social needs, we should pay attention to the adaptability of nursing personnel training, actively cultivate high-level nursing personnel in conjunction with colleges and universities, and promote the healthy and orderly development of nursing teaching in secondary vocational schools.
