After the greeting, Mr. Liu warmly invited the author to visit the production workshop. In the spacious workshop, the workers are working nervously and orderly in their respective posts, performing their duties and responsibilities. There are various safety warnings, slogans, instruments and equipment in the workshop. Seeing this, I am in awe of Mr. Liu, and my curiosity drives me to enter Mr. Liu's heart as soon as possible in order to get to know him better.

1975 June 18, Liu Jugeng was born in Xiaohe Liu Village, Wenfeng Township, Wuyang County, Luohe City, Henan Province, with four brothers and sisters. My father works as a coolie in Pingdingshan Coal Mine, and my mother works at home. The expenses of the family are almost entirely supported by the salary of father Weibo. In order to relieve the pressure of family life, Liu Jugeng, who is sensible, made a disappointing choice when he graduated from high school in July. 1992: Give up the college entrance examination, go out to work to earn money and share the worries for his family.

A year later, an assistant manager in charge of business talked to him and asked him if he would like to learn bed cutting technology and work in the workshop. Liu Jugeng agreed without saying anything. After graduation, Liu Jugeng was assigned to the workshop to engage in bed cutting and entered a new post. In the summer of 2000, affected by the world financial crisis, all kinds of enterprises were depressed or even went bankrupt, and Liu Jugeng's enterprises were also severely impacted, and the prospects were worrying. At this time, it happened that his parents at home also urged him to go home and get married. The depressed business and family reasons made him decide to come back and develop.
In the autumn of 2000, Liu Jugeng refused the repeated detention of the factory leaders, resigned and returned to his hometown to complete the wedding event. Just after the honeymoon, he said goodbye to his wife and moved to Pingdingshan Hong Fei Garment Co., Ltd., Jiaxian Kangshi Garment Factory, Jieerli Garment Co., Ltd. and xinmi city Longxiang Garment Co., Ltd. to do workshop management. During this period, he worked hard, carefully studied the advanced management experience of various garment enterprises, and inspected the site selection suitable for his factory through various relationships and contacts. When I held a wedding banquet in my hometown, I found that there were many left-behind women in the local area, which is exactly what clothing factories need.
20 1 1 During the Spring Festival, Liu Jugeng visited his uncle's house in Kuziying Village, Shuizhai Township, Ye County, and inadvertently chatted with his uncle about his idea of building a clothing factory, which won his uncle's support. His uncle is a cadre in the village and has a wide network of contacts. He said that someone in the village used to run a clothing factory, but later it was closed for management reasons. Many women in and around the village have worked in garment factories in the village, so it is no problem to recruit skilled workers. Liu Jugeng's words made his blood boil and strengthened his confidence in establishing his own clothing factory. He asked his uncle to go to the local government to find out the situation and give him a message. The enthusiastic uncle immediately dialed the telephone of the director of the township enterprise office and got a clear answer.
When the time is ripe, Liu Jugeng, who has accumulated rich experience in the industry, began to step into the road of business. He quit his high salary and job at hand, came to his uncle's house and began to build a clothing factory wholeheartedly.
20 1 1 Just after the Spring Festival, with the support of the local party committee and government's preferential policies for attracting investment, Liu Jugeng and his uncle formally started to invest in the establishment of Hengtai Garment Factory. From examination and approval, site selection, land acquisition, factory construction, recruitment, staff training to enterprise operation, relevant departments have been given a green light all the way. In less than seven months, he personally invested 5.6 million yuan in Hengtai Garment Factory.
Liu Jugeng hired management talents and technicians with high salary and established an elite management team of Hengtai Garment Factory. Liu Jugeng was elected as the general manager.
After the completion of the factory, Mr. Liu led the management team to manage internally and cultivate the image externally.
