Clinically, because the above evidence is difficult to find, most tuberculosis patients can only be clinically diagnosed as tuberculosis. The basis of clinical diagnosis is based on the results of symptoms, blood test, sputum test, chest ct, ppd results, epidemiology and many other factors. If none of the above tests can confirm the diagnosis, but the doctor determines that the patient is likely to be tuberculosis according to clinical experience (excluding other diseases), he can also directly use tuberculosis drugs for diagnosis and treatment.
The three plus signs of ppd can only show that you have been in contact with tuberculosis patients recently, or even infected with tuberculosis bacteria, but it doesn't mean that you will get sick (according to your own resistance), and it doesn't mean that you are a tuberculosis patient. You should judge whether you are sick according to your chest ct and symptoms.
