Temperature control switch wiring

1, TCA and TCB are the two poles of the thermocouple, and the+on the thermostat is connected to the red pole and-to the blue pole. That is, 1 and 2 feet of the thermostat.

2. The pins 9 and 10 of the thermostat are the power supply. The picture above shows AC 220V, just connect the neutral fire line directly.

3. 6, 7 and 8 of the thermostat are switch outputs, 6 and 7 are normally closed groups, and 8 and 7 are normally open groups. Just use the normally open group to control the heating.

4. The power supply of the heating device can pass through the coil of the contactor.

Extended data:

The working principle is to automatically sample and monitor the ambient temperature through a temperature sensor. When the ambient temperature is higher than the control set value, the control circuit is started, and the control back difference can be set.

If the temperature is still rising, the over-limit alarm function will be started when the temperature reaches the set over-limit alarm temperature point. When the controlled temperature cannot be effectively controlled, in order to prevent the equipment from being damaged, the equipment can be stopped to continue running through the tripping function.

Mainly used in various high and low voltage switchgear, dry-type transformers, box-type substations and other related temperature use fields.
