Oxygen cylinders are high-pressure containers for storing and transporting oxygen, generally made of alloy structural steel by hot punching and pressing, with an outer diameter of 219mm, commonly used cylinders have a volume of 40 liters and are cylindrical in shape. Used in hospitals, first aid stations, nursing homes. Cylinders shoulder marked with working pressure, test pressure, volume, weight, and other information of the steel seal, the surface is painted sky blue, with black written "oxygen". Oxygen cylinders are ideal oxygen supply equipment for hospitals, first aid stations, nursing homes, home care, field rescue, personal health care and various oxygen-deficient environments. For patients, the elderly, pregnant women, students, white-collar workers and travel, pit, mountaineering personnel are indispensable friends. Medical oxygenator is based on the needs of the above people and the design and production of exquisite aluminum alloy box. Beautiful and generous. Easy to use at home. You can use it when you buy it at home. Complete accessories.
Oxygen cylinders are special high-pressure containers for the storage and transportation of oxygen, which is composed of four parts: bottle, bottle hoop, bottle valve and bottle cap. There are two anti-vibration rubber rings on the outside of the cylinder, and the cylinder is sky blue with the word "Oxygen" marked in black paint to distinguish it from other gas cylinders. Oxygen, as an ideal flux gas, is widely used in welding and cutting. As oxygen cylinder is a kind of mobile container which contains combustion gas, high pressure, frequent loading and unloading transportation, and messy environment, it often makes the use of oxygen cylinders in an unsafe state, and once an explosion occurs in the cylinder, it will cause great loss to the people's life and property. The standard of oxygen cylinder's gas storage capacity is pressure resistance. Conventional oxygen cylinder pressure upper limit of 15Mp (MPa) converted to atmospheric pressure is 147 atmospheres. The test value of pressure resistance is 22.5Mp. The pressure inside the cylinder should be around 12~15Mp for regular filling. The gas in the cylinder cannot be fully
exhausted, and should retain a residual pressure of not less than 0.1-0.2MP. Oxygen cylinders should be no less than 10 meters away from open flames, not close to heat sources, and not exposed to sunlight. It should be stored in a dry and cool place, and the cylinder should not be impacted. Oxygen cylinder nozzle, inhaler, pressure gauge, and interface threads are strictly prohibited to be stained with grease. When transporting and loading/unloading oxygen cylinders, close the valves, tighten the caps, and place them gently, no collision, no sliding, and no throwing or falling. In the process of moving, parking and using the oxygen supplier, please pay attention to the protection of the cylinder and valve to prevent the cylinder from tipping over, so as not to cause damage to the accessories. If gas leakage is found during use, please close the cylinder valve immediately. Please do not repair it by yourself. It is strictly prohibited to privately disassemble the oxygen cylinder valve, valve switch, pressure gauge and other parts on the valve. Users are strictly prohibited from filling oxygen privately. Oxygen cylinder filling pressure shall not exceed the prescribed pressure, overfilling is strictly prohibited; cylinders are inspected every three years, qualified before continuing to use, the inspection is carried out in the filling unit.
