1, base
From the appearance, can be divided into single tower, double tower, or other special forms. Double tower, generally common in the room area is limited, the number of equipment, gas and electricity supply requirements of more operating rooms and ICU.
For example, the operating room pictured above, the head side of the surgical bed, anesthesia machine is installed on the top of a double tower, double tower on one side of the tower to provide the anesthesia machine for the basic needs of the gas and electricity (gas terminals, strong and weak power sockets), on the other side of the tower to provide the patient's needs for infusion (infusion poles, infusion pumps). In the ICU, the twin towers are more widely used, especially in isolated single rooms or VIP single rooms with slightly larger room sizes. Like the drawbridge, the Twin Towers allow for effective wet/dry separation with two towers. One of the twin towers is used as a wet area to install infusion pumps, syringe pumps, oxygen flow meters, negative pressure suction devices and other equipment with liquid passage and corresponding supplies, and the other tower is used as a dry area to install monitors, ventilators, disposable consumables, etc. In this way, the wet and dry areas are completely separated, which makes it safe and reliable for both the care and management of ICU patients. In addition, the twin towers are more convenient to move than a drawbridge, through the cantilever system can not only be positioned horizontally like a drawbridge, but also longitudinally, so that the patient's head area has more space, and routine care such as oxygen and sputum is safer and more convenient.
In addition to single and double towers, there are other special forms of bases, such as combinations of luminal towers and monitor arms, and combinations of luminal towers and lifting devices. The luminal tower and single monitor arm in the left figure are installed under the same pedestal, with the complete luminal system placed on the tower and the image of the luminal lens displayed on the single monitor. With the flexible arm system, the range of motion of the single monitor is very large, which makes it easy for healthcare professionals to operate during luminal surgery. The lifting device pictured on the right is integrated into the ICU Twin Towers, allowing nurses to safely and easily transfer patients from their beds to bedside chairs or wheelchairs.
2 , cantilever
Cantilever, divided into single column, single arm, double arm three. If you choose a single arm, double arm, there are also two kinds of mechanical arm and electric lift arm difference.
Single column that is no cantilever tower, poor mobility, the price is cheaper. Suitable for lower budgets, fixed beds, use the location of the department. For example, outpatient emergency room, wake-up room, rescue room, NICU and so on. Generally the box of the single column can be rotated, so some hospitals can also use a single column to realize the supply of two or even three beds.
Single arm, one cantilever; double arm, two cantilevers. It is well understood based on the name. Generally, there are various choices for the length of single arm and double arm according to the different scope of use. Many customers will have a wrong understanding that the double arm is more advanced than the single arm because the use distance becomes larger and the price is higher. In fact, single arm and double arm are chosen according to the actual situation of the hospital, compared to double arm, single arm will be used more often, because the ease of operation is very important for healthcare workers, the positioning of the single arm crane tower only needs to be operated simply once, while the double arm crane tower needs to be operated skillfully twice. If you choose a single arm and double arm, the cantilever also has a mechanical arm and motorized lifting arm two options, as shown above. Generally, the cantilever arm of single arm can choose mechanical arm or electric lift arm. 3 , box
The lower part of the cantilever arm connects the hanging pipe and the box. The length of the pipe depends on the height of the room. Box, also known as boom box, each manufacturer's design is different, as shown above, after we will introduce the characteristics of each manufacturer. The length of the box can be changed according to the actual use requirements and the number of gas and electricity.
The box will generally have strong and weak electrical outlets, gas terminals and equipment rails. Strong and weak power sockets are used to provide equipment 220V strong power, as well as network, video, audio and other weak telecommunication signals. Gas terminals are used to provide different kinds of gas sources, differentiated by different markings and interface shapes, generally common oxygen, air, laughing gas, carbon dioxide, negative pressure, anesthesia emissions. Equipment rails are used to fix trays, drawers, swivel arms, etc., providing a support platform for different equipment. In addition to this, some control handles or other accessories are installed on some boxes to control the movement of the tower.
Due to the box on the strong and weak electricity and gas is used more frequently, so both the design and use of gas and electricity separation requirements are very high, the specific gas and electricity separation of the contents of the subsequent expansion.
