3. Scope and work steps of clean-up and rectification

Existing problems and rectification opinions, time limit for rectification completion, responsible person, etc.
(3) Offices that really need to be divided must be scientifically demonstrated, and the overall structure must not be damaged. They must be based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, and must be reasonably allocated and used. Each unit must have remaining office space after rectification and allocation. 5. Cleaning and rectification methods
Generally speaking, we follow the principles of “adjusting (major to minor), vacating (vacating spare rooms), combining (sharing offices), and modifying (rectifying partitions). Office buildings that are being renovated must strictly comply with standards.
(3) If the use exceeds the original approved scope, it will be uniformly allocated by the bureau office.
(4) Newly adjusted and rented office spaces should be strictly implemented in accordance with the "Construction Standards for Office Buildings of Party and Government Organs" (formerly State Planning Commission Investment [1999] No. 2250).
(5) The office buildings of the bureau shall be uniformly allocated by the bureau office, and the office buildings of stations, brigades, and offices shall be adjusted by each unit according to the guidance given by the bureau office. Each unit must make scientific distribution adjustments based on the actual conditions of the existing office buildings (floors) and in line with the principles of rational utilization, convenience for work, diligence and thrift, concentration of the entire floor, and emptying of the entire floor. III. Relevant Provisions
(1) For occupation and use exceeding the area specified in the "Office Housing Standards" (see Attachment 1), replacement, merging, separation, etc. should be used Carry out rectification and vacate, give priority to replacement and merger methods, make the area meet the standard requirements, and promote collective large offices. If it is indeed impossible to replace or merge, they will be separated according to the principles of "quick, simple, economical and practical" to make the area meet the standard requirements, and the municipal finance will not arrange special funds.
(2) It is not allowed to change the use function of the office space and set up areas, facilities and furniture for leisure, entertainment, fitness activities and other activities that are not related to the office. If the use function is changed without approval, in principle, the original use function of the office space should be restored.
(3) The office spaces for all leading cadres and staff shall be based on the standard of one person per room. Leading cadres and staff who hold multiple positions should arrange an office space in the main work department, and all other office spaces should be vacated.
(4) The office space that has been rented or loaned shall be taken back when it expires. If the lease contract has not expired, the rental income shall be strictly managed in accordance with the provisions of the two lines of revenue and expenditure, and the lease shall not be renewed after expiration. (6) If a department or unit is converted into an enterprise during the organizational change, the office space occupied should be vacated. (7) The office space vacated by each unit should be relatively concentrated to facilitate effective deployment in the next step. IV. Implementation steps
