Measures for Handling Government Procurement Complaints

Legal Analysis:

In order to regulate the behavior of government procurement challenges and complaints, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of parties participating in government procurement activities, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Chinese People's Republic of China Government Procurement Law, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Chinese People's Republic of China Government Procurement Law and other relevant laws and regulations.

Methods for Challenges and Complaints in Government Procurement

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the filing of and reply to challenges to government procurement, and the filing and handling of complaints.

Article 3 The government procurement suppliers (hereinafter referred to as suppliers) to challenge and complaints shall adhere to the law and regulations, the principle of honesty and credit.

Article IV of the government procurement challenge and response and complaint handling should adhere to the law, equal rights and responsibilities, fair and just, simple and efficient principle.
