(ii) International Student Programs
International students attend classes with Canadian students: studying general subjects, receiving intensive English classes, and participating in a wide range of extracurricular activities, in addition to the school's specialized tutoring programs for international students.
Burnaby School offers an extensive ESL program. Upon enrollment, the school determines the level of English and math proficiency of international students, and students who need to enhance their English are placed in ESL classes and take general subjects with Canadian students.
