The National Measures for the Administration of Electromagnetic Radiation stipulates that 100 kV or above is a strong electromagnetic radiation project, and Article 20 stipulates that sensitive buildings such as residential buildings and kindergartens are not allowed to be built in the planning restricted area around the area where large electromagnetic radiation equipment or high-frequency equipment is used intensively according to the requirements of environmental protection and urban planning.
It is understood that at present, the state stipulates that the construction of power supply facilities above 100KV must be approved by the environmental protection department. Among them, environmental inspection indicators mainly include electric field, magnetic field, radio interference and noise. The power supply facilities in residential areas must meet these standards if they want to pass the environmental protection administrative license.
The power frequency electric field intensity does not exceed 4 kV/m; The magnetic induction intensity shall not exceed 0. 1 millitesla; In terms of radio interference, the 1 10KV project shall not exceed 53 dB and the 500KV project shall not exceed 55db;; The noise impact shall not exceed 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night. As long as these indicators meet the standards, there is no strict requirement on the distance between related equipment and buildings in terms of environmental protection.
However, according to the environmental protection department, China has certain requirements for the distance between equipment and buildings. For example, 10KV-35KV substation requires that the front face is more than 2 meters away from the residential building/kloc-0, and the side face is more than 8 meters; For the construction of substations above 35KV, it is required that the front distance is 15m and the side distance is 12m. The box-type substation is more than 5 meters away from the residential building.
