The left side is the wiring diagram of universal transfer switch. On the right is the contact closure table.
1, in the zero position 1, 2 contacts closed.
2, rotate contacts 5-6, 7-8 to the left, contact closure. 3, rotate contacts 5-6, 3-4 to the right, contact closure.
This wiring depends on your use of the occasion, just need to figure out in different angles which contacts on. This will be in the manual of your transfer switch, pay attention to look down.
The operating position of the handle of the universal transfer switch is indicated by the angle. Different models of universal transfer switch handle has a different universal transfer switch contacts, circuit diagrams in the graphic symbols shown in Figure a.. However, because of its contacts of the split state and the position of the operating handle, so, in addition to the contacts graphic symbols drawn in the circuit diagram, but also should be drawn with the operating handle and the contacts of the split state of the relationship.
Figure b when the universal transfer switch hit to the left 45 °, contacts 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 closed, contacts 7-8 open; hit to 0 °, only contacts 5-6 closed, right 45 °, contacts 7-8 closed, the rest open.
1, different models of universal transfer switch handle has a different universal transfer switch contacts, the graphic symbols in the circuit diagram shown in Figure a.
But because of its contacts of the sub-closing state and the position of the operating handle, so, in addition to the graphic symbols of the contacts drawn in the circuit diagram, should also be drawn with the operating handle and contacts sub-closing state of the relationship.
2, Figure b when the universal transfer switch hit to the left 45 °, contacts 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 closed, contacts 7-8 open; hit to 0 °, only contacts 5-6 closed, right 45 °, contacts 7-8 closed, the rest open.
3, in addition to the universal transfer switch is widely applicable, the existing domestic LW2, LW4, LW5, LW6, LW8, LW12, LW15, LW16, LW26, LW30, LW39, CA10, HZ5, HZ10, HZ12 and other types of switches as well as imported equipment on the transfer switch.
