Preface
According to the construction requirements and design drawings of CFG pile project of Qingdao Siyuan Petrochemical Company's solvent oil project, our company carefully organizes the technicians to be familiar with the drawings and relevant information, and carefully prepares the technical plan and construction organization design for the characteristics of this project. The project is located in Huangdao Economic Development Zone of Qingdao City. This project adopts cement fly ash rubble pile (referred to as CFG pile) composite foundation reinforcement treatment.
I. Project Overview:
(1) Project Name: Qingdao Siyuan Petrochemical Company Solvent Oil Project CFG Pile Project;
(2) Project Address: Crossing of Huangzhang Road and Huaihe Road, Qingdao Development Zone;
(3) Piling Form: Cemented Fly ash rubble piles (CFG piles) are adopted for the foundation of raw material storage tanks; the designed length of a single pile is 13.00m, pile diameter 600m, and the length of a single pile is 1.5m. 13.00m, pile diameter 600mm, pile distance 1800mm;
(4) the amount of work: CFG piles; about 1,600 (raw material storage tanks according to the calculation of 10), cumulative design and construction of 20,800.00 extension of the meter, about 7,641.58m3 grouting concrete;
(5) the site geology:

The fourth layer of soil, granite all-weathering zone: saturated, plastic ~ hard plastic state, is a medium ~ low compression stratum. The thickness is about 3.1m.

Three, the selection of the main construction program
(1) Selection of the construction process:
According to the design requirements, the foundation of raw material tank area of this project adopts the Cement Fly ash rubble pile (CFG pile) composite foundation treatment, CFG pile composite foundation is different from the main characteristics of the pile foundation is: give full consideration to the play of the bearing capacity of the soil between the piles, so the construction of the soil between the piles should be minimized as far as possible to reduce the perturbation of the soil, but also according to the geological data of the site, the upper part of the ground layer of the site is mainly made up of saturated, high compressibility, high sensitivity of the pulverized clay, the construction of the influence of the impact of touching the change is relatively large. Large. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of pile construction, minimize the disturbance of soil between piles, and ensure the smooth progress of this project, the reasonable selection of mechanical construction technology is the key to the smooth progress of this CFG pile construction project.
The original big oil refining project (1993) in the north side of the project construction tank base foundation treatment program selected D400mm dense gravel pile, immersed tube into a hole, filling and pulling, spaced skipping; because of the geology is saturated clay soil, pile quality can not be guaranteed, serious necking rate of 46%, shallow pile breakage rate of 22%. Later, the spaced cement powder spraying piles and reinforced concrete piles were adopted to reinforce the piles.
At present, there are three types of CFG piles construction methods: vibrating immersed pipe grouting, long spiral drilling and grouting, and long spiral drilling and pumping in pipe grouting, which have the characteristics of fast construction speed, high pile compactness, low environmental noise impact, low impact on the surrounding inter-pile disturbance, and especially suitable for high sensitivity stratums below the water table. Therefore, the construction process of CFG pile project is proposed to adopt the long spiral drilling-pumping concrete filling in pipe process. Underwater pumping concrete, pulling out the pipe while pressing concrete, adopting replacement reinforcement, strong penetration force, high bearing capacity of single pile, will not be affected by the second layer of saturated, rheoplastic ~ soft plastic state of powder clay. And it can reach the requirement of design bearing capacity (characteristic value of single pile bearing capacity ≥600kN, composite foundation bearing capacity ≥210KPa), and the quality of the pile is guaranteed.
CFG pile test pile
In order to ensure the quality of the project, according to the design requirements, two tanks with representative geological conditions are selected as the test pile area, and three shapes or single pile composite foundation are pressed in each test area.
Because of the construction site near the loading of heavy loads to solve, it is recommended to use anchor piles as the reaction force, in the test pile construction, the anchor piles to be placed in the reinforcing cage, the test piles are arranged as follows: (Figure in the Annex)
(ii) Construction sequence:
Combined with the characteristics of the raw material tanks CFG piles structural layout and the site geologic conditions, the project adopts: advancing from the center to the outside of the construction (circular pile distribution) This project adopts: advancing construction from the center to the outside (circular pile) or advancing construction from one side to the other (square or plum blossom grid pile), according to the specific conditions, further in order to minimize the disturbance of soil between piles, control the construction process, find out the special conditions, make specific changes, and if necessary, adopt the construction method of interval jumping.
(C) equipment selection:
Two sets of KLB-75 walk-behind long auger drilling rigs are used; two sets of QZ-60 concrete pumps are used; one set of 500-type forced mixer is used; two sets of loaders are used; one set of electric and gas welding equipment is used; one set of leveling instrument and latitude and longitude instrument are used, as well as other auxiliary equipments.
(4) Construction process:
CFG pile: positioning line→starting pile machine to align the pile position→leveling the pile machine, straightening the drill pipe→closing the valve of the drill bit to start the hammer drilling to the bottom elevation of the designed pile, and at the same time mixing the mixture→starting the concrete pump to fill in the material, and at the same time starting the winch to lift the drill pipe to the elevation of the top of the pile of the construction design→pile formation is completed→shutdown and shifting to the next pile position.

(E) the construction method of the main branch project:
(1), positioning: move the pile machine to the designated pile position, centering. When the ground is undulating and uneven, the outrigger or platform base should be adjusted to keep the base of pile driving machine horizontal and the drilling rod vertical. Generally the error of pile position should not be more than 2.0CM, and the deviation of verticality of drill pipe should not be more than 1.5%.
(2) Drilling: Close the valve of the drill bit, start the winch to lower the drill pipe until the drill bit touches the ground, then start the hammer head of the drilling rig and rotate the drill pipe to sink to the design elevation of the pile bottom.
(3) Mixing: Prepare the mix according to the design ratio, strictly control the size of coarse aggregate, usually 10mm-30mm or smaller, add pumping agent and other additives if necessary, the slump of the mix should be 180mm-220mm.
(4) Filling and lifting: When the drilling rig drills to the pile holding layer, start the concrete pump to fill the pile, when the pipe and the core of the drilling rod touch the ground, start the pump to fill the pile. When the conveying pipe and the core pipe of the drill pipe is full of mixed material, start the winch to lift the drill pipe at a constant speed, while filling, while lifting, until the top of the pile elevation of the construction design, the lifting speed should be controlled at 2m/min-3m/min, it is strictly prohibited to pull out the pipe and then fill the material, to grasp the difference in time between filling and lifting the drill, and try to avoid the phenomenon of waiting for the material to be lifted and filled during the process of stopping the material. In the fluid-plastic soil, the drilling speed should be controlled to ensure the quality of piling.
(5) Stop filling the pile top elevation, move the machine to the next pile position: try to control the pile top elevation to stop the gray surface of this link, under the condition of reaching the technical requirements, to do as little as possible to waste the mixture.
Four, construction period, progress plan
This project is proposed to use KLB-75 walk-type long auger drilling rig 2, the construction period since the signing of the construction contract, the construction site to meet the requirements for the start of the work: the project CFG pile construction 1600, the cumulative total design length of 20,800.00 extended meters, the plan for the 30/each per day, 30 days to complete the task. Project manager presides over the overall leadership of the piling project, and is responsible for the overall piling construction. He is fully responsible for the organization of personnel, material plan, construction arrangement and coordination of each link in the process of production, and is fully responsible for the schedule, quality and safety in the process of construction. Make full use of manpower and material resources, and effectively utilize the time, in order to ensure the quality and quantity of this pile foundation project completed on schedule.
Technology is responsible for cooperating with the project manager to do a good job, manage the production technology work, organize the production construction scientifically, lead other technicians to give full play to their technical advantages, formulate the construction technology guarantee measures in detail, ensure the quality of the project, improve the efficiency of the production and construction, and actively cooperate with the construction unit, the supervisory unit and the testing unit to carry out the acceptance of the project work.
The quality inspection supervisor is responsible for sampling raw materials, checking the pile position, checking and accepting the preparation, mixing, conveying and other processes of the mixture in a timely manner during the construction, and reflecting the inspection situation and the relevant information to the person in charge of the technology in a timely manner in order to deal with the problems in time, so as to achieve the accuracy of the construction work.
Safety inspection supervisor is responsible for checking the construction site safety of electricity, to eliminate construction machinery, fire and other aspects of the hidden dangers, regularly organizing safety education for employees, after the occurrence of accidents should be dealt with to achieve the "four do not let go": First, the cause of the accident is not clear do not let go; Second, the staff and the person responsible for the accident can not be educated to let go; Third, the hidden danger of the accident is not rectified do not let go; Third, the hidden danger of the accident is not rectified do not let go. Seven, the main material dosage plan
CFG pile mix composition for cement, fly ash, crushed stone plus a small amount of dopant, the project CFG pile materials to be selected 42.5R grade slag silicate cement, fly ash, small 10mm-30mm crushed stone, composite antifreeze early-strengthening agent.
