The state strictly prohibits the existence of designated patients to a third party to buy drugs or medical equipment, not included in the financial supervision of the public health care institutions, or in the medical institutions and the medical process, "piggybacking" on the sale of medical aids, health care products, rehabilitation equipment and other violations.
Medical institutions to buy these devices need to be approved by the provincial health administrative departments, the issuance of configuration permits, and has strict access standards, such as hospital outpatient volume, annual inpatient bed days, annual inpatient surgery.
