Some fragile products (express delivery, express delivery products): insured cost = item price *8‰, the minimum charge for aging and preferential products is 2 yuan/ticket, the minimum charge for bulky items and parcels is 4 yuan/ticket, the minimum charge for small receipts and LTL 16 yuan/ticket, the minimum charge for special line general transportation is 8 yuan/ticket, and the minimum charge for logistics general transportation is kloc-0/6 yuan.
3.Mainland China to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan:
Premium = declared value * standard service fee (5‰), rounded off, and the minimum charge is 8 yuan RMB.
4. From Chinese mainland to overseas:
Premium = declared value * standard service rate (1%), rounded off, and the minimum charge is 8 yuan RMB.
Express insured compensation
According to the provisions on compensation in the Postal Express Service Standard, the sender or the beneficiary designated by the sender may claim compensation for the delay, loss, damage or inconsistency of the express mail, except for the loss caused by the customer's responsibility or the delivery of the goods, or the loss caused by force majeure (except for the insured express mail) or the customer has not inquired and asked for compensation within one year from the date of dispatch of the express mail.
Regarding the compensation standard for damage, if there is an agreement between the courier service agency and the customer, it shall be agreed. If there is no agreement, it can be implemented in accordance with the following principles:
1, completely damaged, which means that the value of express mail is completely lost. Refer to the provisions on compensation for express mail loss;
2. Partial damage refers to the partial loss of the value of the express mail, and compensation shall be made according to the proportion of the loss value of the express mail to the total value and the same proportion of the compensation amount of the express mail loss.
Express loss compensation mainly includes:
1. Free of service charge when express mail is lost (excluding extra expenses such as insured price);
2. Express service agencies shall compensate the insured (insurance) amount when purchasing insured (insurance) express mail;
3. Express mail without insured price shall be handled in accordance with the Postal Law, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Postal Law and relevant regulations.
