Legal Basis: Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households
Article 14 An application for the registration of an individual industrial and commercial household shall be submitted with the following documents:
(1) Application for the registration of an individual industrial and commercial household signed by the applicant;
(2) Proof of the identity of the applicant;
(3) Proof of the business premises;
(4) ) Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Regulation.
Article 20 Where the application materials submitted by the applicant are complete and in compliance with the statutory form, the registration authority shall register the application on the spot and issue the applicant with a notice of granting registration. According to the statutory conditions and procedures, the need to verify the substantive content of the application materials, the registration authority shall assign two or more staff to verify, and fill in the application materials verification report. The registration authority shall, within 15 days from the date of accepting the application for registration, make a decision on whether to grant registration.
Article 22 The registration authority to make a decision to grant registration, shall issue the applicant to grant individual business registration notice, and within 10 days to the applicant individual business license. Not registered, shall be issued to the applicant individual business registration notice of rejection.
