CSA certification required information:
1. Company information sheet, business license copy.
2. Product description (including but not limited to the following).
3. Product name, product model.
4. Product use - please tell us how and where to use your product.
5. Parts List-Please provide the name and model number, rating, and manufacturer information for product parts. If the part is CSA or UL certified, please indicate the part's file number, and if there are multiple suppliers for a particular part, they can be provided together.
6. Product performance and specifications, such as dimensions, rated voltage, current, frequency and power.
7. Structural drawings or exploded drawings: For the structural drawings of the products, please indicate the name of each part in the drawings so as to correspond with the parts list one by one.
8. Provide circuit schematic: PCB schematic, photos of the product, instructions for use, safety matters or installation instructions, etc. .
