9.4 lamps and lanterns electrical performance

In 25 ℃ ± 2 ℃ ambient temperature, in the regulated power supply (and lamps and lanterns with the same nominal frequency) and LED street lamps between access to the accuracy of not less than 0.5 level of AC and DC power parameter testers, so that the LED street lamps are in a normal working position, turn on and adjust the power supply voltage to the rated value (such as lamps and lanterns nominal power supply voltage range, were adjusted to the maximum and minimum value of power supply voltage range. (If the nominal power supply voltage range of the lamps, then adjust to the maximum and minimum values of the power supply voltage range) so that the LED lamps and lanterns work 2h, record the power and power factor value.

9.5 Protection level

According to the provisions of GB7000.1.

9.6 Light failure and life test

9.6.1 Lamp aging method

Lamp aging in the absence of forced ventilation, temperature control in the 20 ℃ -30 ℃ environment, the lamps and lanterns according to the normal installation posture frame, according to the nominal rated voltage of the lamps and lanterns or nominal voltage range of the maximum applicable voltage to connect the power supply, lamps and lanterns to full power work. The luminaire will work at full power. During the aging process, the luminaire shall be turned off not less than 2 times in every 24h, and the time of each turn-off shall be 25-35min, and the interval shall be at least 30min, and the number of samples shall not be less than 3 sets. During the test, the lamp shall not have any failure, burnt, otherwise it is unqualified.

9.6.2 Light failure and life measurement method of projection

To replace the luminous flux method with the illuminance method, in the distance from the height of the lamps and lanterns at 2 meters below the measurement center and along the road direction of the axis of the horizontal illuminance value of a point every one meter away, *** measurement of the five points, and the points of initial value of the comparison and derive the five points of the average value of the maintenance rate. Between 2000-5000h, every 336h interval measurement of the average maintenance rate value; such as 5000h when the lamps still meet the requirements, the illuminance value of each point in 2000h for the initial illuminance value, has been measured every 336h interval of the illuminance value of the corresponding initial illuminance value with the 2000h to compare and derive the average maintenance rate, by the above 10-point From the above 10 points of the average maintenance rate fitting curve deduced the average maintenance rate of 75% of the life time plus 5000h that is the life of the lamp. Select one of the street lamps and measure the luminous flux from 0 to 2000h by luminous distribution test method, and calculate the luminous flux maintenance rate of 2000h as the calibration value. Measurement of illuminance, the ambient temperature should be controlled at 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃ stable for more than 3h.

9.7 Maximum temperature

According to the provisions of Chapter 12 of GB7000.1-2007.

9.8 Maximum heat sink temperature

Select the highest heat sink temperature in the LED, the LED closest to the bottom of the heat sink to place a thermocouple.

9.9 The main optical parameters of the luminaire

9.9.1 Average color temperature and average color rendering index

At an ambient temperature of 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃ and the rated voltage, rated frequency, measured with the integral spectral test system, the lamp samples are placed into the integrating sphere, to avoid direct light into the test probes, the external surface of the lamps and lanterns should be affixed to the white cover film does not obviously affect the color temperature test. The outer surface of the luminaire should be pasted with a white covering film that does not obviously affect the color temperature test. Test after ignition 1h.

9.9.2 Luminaire luminous efficacy and luminaire light distribution curve

Measured at an ambient temperature of 25℃±1℃ with a luminous distribution test system. First test the luminous flux and light intensity distribution of the lamps and lanterns, light distribution curve, etc. The luminous efficacy of the lamps and lanterns is the ratio of the luminous flux of the LED street lamps and the actual power consumption of the lamps and lanterns.

9.10 Immunity

According to the method specified in GB17626.5.

10. Inspection rules

10.1 Inspection classification

Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

10.2 factory inspection

10.2.1 Each lamp should be inspected by the inspection department and issued by the certificate of conformity before leaving the factory.

10.2.2 The factory inspection program is shown in Table 2; for the sampling project test failed, the sample should be doubled for inspection. After passing the re-inspection, can be repackaged and delivered to the recipient. Re-inspection failed, the batch of products is unqualified; other items such as unqualified, should be repaired, after passing the inspection before leaving the factory.

b) after the official production, such as the structure, materials, processes, there are major changes that may affect the performance of the product;

c) more than half a year of production stoppage, the resumption of production;

c) products. Resumption of production;

d) the factory test results and the last type test has a big difference;

e) the state quality supervision agencies to carry out type test requirements.

10.3.2 type test samples taken from the factory inspection of qualified varieties, each time to take four, if the photoelectric performance of the lamps and lanterns have failed, it is judged unqualified. Other items if there are unqualified items, should be doubled in the same batch of products sampling, re-inspection of unqualified items, still unqualified, the type test is unqualified.
