LTLD-100 Barrel Mineral Water Production Line adopts AC380V/50HZ AC power supply, adopts LG PLC programmable controller control system produced in South Korea for automatic operation, and adopts geared motor and pneumatic control system for power transmission, which is reliable in performance, easy in operation and simple in maintenance. The whole process of bottle washing, filling, capping and capping is carried out in a closed tunnel, which effectively prevents the secondary pollution that may occur during the filling process of pure water, and is in full compliance with the health standards.

A, mechanical structure features:
EK-100 type barrel mineral water production line is divided into eight major parts: automatic cap pulling part, automatic external brush barrel part, automatic bottle drive part, automatic bottle washing and disinfection part, automatic filling part, automatic capping part, light inspection part, automatic heat shrinkable finished product drive part.
1, automatic cap pulling part
The cap pulling part mainly consists of frame, conveyor chain, a cap pulling cylinder, a cap pulling head, front and rear bottle blocking cylinders, photoelectricity detecting switches, etc. When the proximity switch detects the empty drum, it will be close to the cap pulling cylinder. When the proximity switch detects the empty barrel, the bottle blocking cylinder rises up to block the bottle, then the cap pulling cylinder goes down, the cap pulling jaws open to catch the cap, then the cap pulling cylinder goes up to pull down the cap under the interaction of the two bottle blocking plates on the side of the bottle. At this time, the solenoid valve of cap blowing works, and the cap is blown away. The bottle blocking cylinder drops down, and the conveyor belt sends the empty drum out of the cap pulling machine to the next process.
2, automatic external barrel brushing part
The external barrel brushing part mainly consists of frame, 1 bottle pushing cylinder, front and rear bottle blocking cylinders, barrel brushing drive motor, barrel brushing pump, photoelectric detection switches and other components. By the bottle washing and filling machine PLC (programmable controller) unified control, the machine for the raw water rinse, with the help of the unique bottle brush can be fully removed from the bottle strength and the stains on the bottle. The working process of this machine is that after the photoelectric detection switch detects 2 bottles continuously, the bottle blocking cylinder will move, then the bottle pushing cylinder will move, and the roller mounted on the top of the cylinder will catch the bottle, and at the same time, the spray hose will start spraying water, and the motor will drive the bottle brush to rotate, and then the bottle body and bottle strength will be cleaned. After cleaning for a certain period of time, the cylinder retracts, the spray pipe stops spraying water into the bottle conveyor chain rotation, the bottle will be sent to the bottle machine.
3, automatic bottle drive part
Bottle part consists of stainless steel frame, push bottle rod, bottle components, action program by the bottle washing and filling machine PLC unified control. Empty bottles are sent to the upper bottle machine by the bottle washing conveyor chain, and bottles are loaded by the bottle pushing rod and bottle loading components.
4, automatic bottle washing and sterilizing part
The bottle washing and sterilizing part is designed as 2 rows of 6 stations high pressure spray nozzle rinsing, 3 stations draining, the bottle washing part mainly consists of frame, conveyor chain, rinsing pipeline, bottle washing drive motor, rinsing pump, rinsing tank, bottle washing positioning switch, etc. The frame of this machine is made of stainless steel square tube. The frame of this machine is welded by stainless steel square tube, which has the advantages of high strength, good rigidity, light weight, beautiful appearance, easy to clean and so on. The conveyor chain consists of gear motor, main and slave sprocket, chain, bottle cup holder, fixed bottle cup, etc., in which the chain and sprocket are carefully designed to make it more scientific and perfect. The main motor is controlled by PCL programmable controller, so that the bottle stays for a fixed time at each station on the bottle washing conveyor chain, and the position of the chain plate relative to the position of the automatic bottle loading and the angular position of the bottle dropping are also strictly calculated, which ensures the accurate positioning of the whole automatic operation.
Bottle washing part of the first and second station for sterilized water rinse, the third station for drip-dry; the fourth and fifth station for clean water disinfection (automatically add ozone) rinse, the sixth station for drip-dry; the seventh and eighth station for pure water rinse, the ninth station for drip-dry. When the power supply is turned on, PLC power to start working, control contactor suction, so that the washing liquid, disinfectant pump began to work, so that the rinsing conveyor motor and filling conveyor chain motor work, then the bottle washing mechanism so that the bottle gradually into the various processes to start rinsing, rinsing time set by the PLC controller programming; rinsing is complete, the bottle falls to the conveyor chain. This machine is equipped with automatic alarm indicator function, in the event of air pressure is too low, water tank water shortage, automatic alarm corresponding indicator will flash, at this time, please check the air supply pressure or water tank level, will be filled to push the bottle at the empty bottles are not pushed away to remove, to restore the air pressure or water tank water level to reach the set value and then press the start switch again, the system will automatically run the work.
Bottle washing part **** there are two tanks, namely, chlorine dioxide disinfection water rinse tank, water disinfection rinse tank, chlorine dioxide disinfection tank using circulating liquid rinse, should be replaced every 4 hours of work 1 time disinfectant; water disinfection tank using rinse water discharge, pure washing water reflux rinsing mode, automatically add ozone mixing.
Bottle washing part of each tank at the bottom of the concave are equipped with a drain port, drainage through the drain port. Pure water rinsing does not set up a special tank in the rack, foreign pure water directly into the rinse water pipe. 5, automatic filling part
Rinsed bottles, into the filling part of the filling. The filling part is 2-station filling (each station filling half a barrel, divided into two filling), which is composed of frame, water inlet pipe, filling valve, filling flow regulating valve and so on.
6, automatic capping, capping, capping part
Capping and capping are mainly composed of motor rotating disk, lower capping track, capping chute, box, etc. The role of capping device is to drive the bottle caps in the box to enter into the lower capping track through motor-driven rotation of the disk, and through the specific mechanism to make the caps enter into the track in a uniform downward direction and in a specific order.
Capping is accomplished by the capping cylinder. When the water bottle reaches the position of the cap, the cap cylinder instantaneous action, the cap is completed. With this form of capping, the effect is good, simple structure.
7, light inspection part

Four, system description

2.
