Zhang Bo said that this means that there will be three changes in the real estate market in the three northern counties:

In fact, Langfang City, where the three northern counties are located, has proposed the reform of the household registration system in January this year. Langfang City Public Security Bureau issued a notice on the "Opinions of Langfang Municipal People's Government on Further Deepening the Reform of Household Registration System" (draft) for public consultation, proposing the implementation of regional differentiated household registration transfer policies and reasonably determining the household registration transfer policies of towns around the capital.

Make use of shantytown renovation and land vacated by units to complete basic education facilities

The Plan encourages the transfer of Beijing's quality education resources to Tongzhou District and three northern counties by means of cooperative education and the establishment of branch campuses. Promote the enjoyment of teachers and vigorously promote the flow of teachers in the three northern counties.
