Why Baxter Medical has been recruiting

Suzhou Baxter Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is the first wholly owned factory of Baxter in China. The company is located in the Industrial Park, mainly produces medical supplies: IV bags, peritoneal dialysis bags and related components for intravenous infusion and peritoneal dialysis treatment. With a mission to "Save and Extend Lives", the company employs more than 500 people and is utilizing the most innovative and advanced manufacturing technologies to provide high quality and efficient medical products to customers in China, Singapore, Australia, the Philippines, and Thailand, making a meaningful difference to the patients who rely on Baxter's products. During this period, it also continued to expand its investment in Suzhou. In 2014, Baxter's first R&D center in China was put into operation in Suzhou Park, with an investment of up to RMB 350 million, which further strengthened Baxter's R&D and innovation capabilities in the areas of dialysis, infusion, and nutrition. In addition, Baxter also focuses on creating the "Best Workplace", and was awarded the honor of "Best Employer in Greater Suzhou 2017".
