What are the main instruments and equipment for routine pathology sectioning?

First, a dehydrator is used for tissue preparation

Second, an embedding machine is used to embed the wax

Third, a slicer is used to cut the wax slides

Fourth, a bleaching device is used to attach the wax slides to the slides

Fifth, a dryer is used to bake the slides to dryness

Sixth, a stainer is used to color the tissue

Seventh, a sealer is used to place cover slips on the slides

Eighth, a microscope is used to staining

Seventh, a sealer is used to place a coverslip on the slide

Eighth, a microscope is used to look at the finished slides

Ninth, an induction cooker with an autoclave may be needed, which is used when immunohistochemistry is performed for repairs

Tenth, a pick-up table may be needed to remove the tissues

Thirteenth, a frozen section machine may be needed, which is used when frozen sections are made

Third, an autoclave is needed for the tissue. Frozen sections will be used

The twelfth may need to use -70 degrees refrigerator, tissue frozen when used

The first eight are used for routine pathology sections, to a few of the immunohistochemistry to be used, and some of the frozen sections to be used. It may not be complete, but it's pretty much the same, and some hospitals lack some of the equipment to accomplish the preparation of sections.
