There should be two ways to understand the maximum payment limit. I don't know which one you want to ask:
1, annual maximum payment limit
The annual maximum payment limit should refer to the maximum amount of reimbursement from the new rural cooperative each year. Also known as the annual cap line.
Suppose this limit is 50,000 yuan, that is to say, no matter how much you spend a year, 6,543.8+million or 500,000 yuan, the new rural cooperative medical system will reimburse you up to 50,000 yuan per year according to the reimbursement ratio.
2. The second highest payment limit
Refers to the maximum amount that can be reimbursed for each hospitalization. Assuming that the hospitalization expenses are 65438+ million, if the next maximum payment limit is 65438+ million, then you can get the reimbursement of 65438+ million at most, and the remaining 90,000 needs to be borne by yourself. You can continue to be hospitalized next time, and then the next new rural cooperative medical system will still be reimbursed at most 1 10,000. And so on until the annual maximum payment limit (capping line) is reached.
This "second highest payment limit" is not applicable in all regions. In some places, only the annual capping line is stipulated, and the reimbursement limit for a single hospitalization is more arbitrary.
It should be noted that general hospitalization needs to pay all the expenses, and after discharge, it will be reimbursed by rural cooperative medical care.
The above is a personal understanding. If you want to know more information, please consult the local agricultural cooperative management agency.
