Article 3 The special operations referred to in these regulations, refers to accidents that are prone to occur, on the operator's own, other people's safety and health and the safety of the equipment and facilities may cause significant harm to the operation. Specialty operators referred to in these provisions, refers to the practitioners directly engaged in special operations.
Article 4 special operators shall meet the following conditions:
(1) 18 years of age, and not more than the national legal retirement age;
(2) by the community or county-level or above, medical examination of health, and does not prevent to engage in the corresponding special operations of organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, vertigo, dystonia, dysthymia, tremor paralysis, Psychosis, dementia and other diseases and physiological defects;
(c) with junior high school and above;
(d) have the necessary technical knowledge and skills of safety;
(e) the corresponding special operations of other conditions.
Article V special operators must be trained and qualified by the special safety technology assessment, and obtain the "People's Republic of China **** and the State special operations license" (hereinafter referred to as the special operations license) before they can work.
