Responsible for the preparation of quarterly and annual plans for the pre-development of land parcels and the organization and implementation of such plans; responsible for investigating and calculating the cost of pre-development of mature land parcels for processing and the preparation of pre-development of land parcels and bidding documents; responsible for the organization and implementation of the public bidding for the demolition of houses on the land parcels for bidding and auctioning; responsible for the checking and acceptance of the fulfillment of the contract for the pre-development of the land parcels; responsible for the implementation of the plan to develop land parcels that are included in the current year's land market.
