Go east along Gongye North Road, turn right, cross the Guodian overpass, turn left into Airport Road, and follow the Airport Road all the way north, go directly to Jiyang Yellow River Bridge, continue to the front and back Qiao'an Road, north, along Jiyang SGD Street, turn left, turn right to Yinhe Road (Provincial Highway 248) and go straight north, all the way will go directly to Shang River County.
