The treatment process adopts the traditional activated sludge method of secondary treatment process: the primary treatment includes grating, pumping station, aeration sand sedimentation tank and rectangular advection sedimentation tank; the secondary treatment adopts the air aeration activated sludge method. The sludge treatment adopts two-stage digestion technology at medium temperature, and the dewatered mud cake after digestion is transported out as the fertilizer source for agriculture and greening. The biogas produced in the digestion process is used to generate electricity to solve part of the plant's electricity consumption. The plant also has a depth treatment facility of about 10,000 cubic meters per day, and the treated water is used for production and greening in the plant, which not only effectively saves water resources, but also accumulates useful experience for large-scale reuse of wastewater.
