The qualification of environmental protection engineering contracting enterprises is divided into grade one, grade two and grade three.
Level 1 qualification standard:
1. In recent five years, the enterprise has undertaken the coal-fired flue gas desulfurization project of thermal power units with a single capacity of more than 200,000 kilowatts, or the waste treatment project of medium-sized nuclear industry, or more than four of the following six items, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) biogas digester project with a single pool volume of more than 400 cubic meters;
(2) anaerobic biochemical treatment tank project with a single tank volume of more than 500 cubic meters;
(3) Comprehensive treatment projects for noise, harmful gases, dust, sewage and industrial waste in medium-sized and above industrial projects;
(4) Flue gas desulfurization project for industrial and central heating coal-fired boilers with more than 35 tons;
(5) Medical sewage treatment projects in hospitals above Grade II B;
(6) Environmental protection projects with a single contract value of more than 6,543,800 yuan.
2. The enterprise manager has more than 10 years of engineering management experience or has a senior title; The chief engineer has more than 10 years working experience in construction technology management and has a senior title; The chief accountant has a senior accounting title.
There are not less than 40 engineers and technicians with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 16 with professional titles above the intermediate level and not less than 8 with relevant professional engineers and technicians.
The enterprise shall have at least five project managers with first-class qualifications.
3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than100000 yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than120000 yuan.
4 enterprises in the past three years, the highest annual project settlement income of more than 20 million yuan.
5. The enterprise has construction machinery and quality inspection equipment suitable for the scope of contracted projects.
