According to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on linen washing service on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus:

(1) Party A must concentrate the linen items that need to be washed in the fixed linen room, and Party B shall send someone to Party A to collect and wash them once every afternoon. The number of linen handed over by Party B's staff and Party A's staff should be clear. Party B shall be responsible for the consequences of poor washing quality and original factory damage.

(2) Party A shall provide Party B with free parking spaces for transport vehicles that receive and transport washing products such as linen. If the delivery place of Party A is above the second floor, Party A shall allow Party B's personnel to use elevators and other lifting equipment.

(3) When Party B receives and washes particularly dirty linen, it shall indicate it on the receipt. After the variety and quantity of laundry are delivered, the designated personnel of both parties shall sign the delivery note provided by Party B, and each party shall hold one copy as the monthly settlement voucher. If one party loses it, the certificate of the other party shall prevail.

(4) In principle, Party B shall return Party A's linen to Party A within 24 hours (it is normal to send a response in advance or delay due to road traffic conditions or other unforeseen emergencies 1 ~ 3 hours). If Party A requires Party B to rush to wash or return goods in advance due to holidays or insufficient turnover of large-scale reception linen, Party B can satisfy it as much as possible according to its own production situation.

(5) The settlement time of the cleaning fee is 1 to the end of each month. On the 2nd of each month, Party B shall make a statement and submit it to the manager of Party A for verification and confirmation. After that, the relevant personnel of Party A shall sign the cleaning statement of Party B and return a copy to Party B. After reconciliation, Party A shall pay the last month's washing money to Party B from 10 to 15 every month (excluding the finance from 15 to 3 1), and the fixed financial settlement personnel shall not be replaced.

(6) Party B shall confirm the delivery date of the new cloth of Party A, so as to track the service life of the cloth.

Acceptance methods and quality requirements

1, acceptance criteria

Party A shall check and accept the finished washing products returned by Party B to Party A according to the quality points agreed by both parties. Party B must ensure that the washing quality provided completely meets the agreed quality requirements and is deemed as qualified.

2-3 The person in charge of Party A shall fill in the linen acceptance handover form according to the actual acceptance, especially the confirmation of the quantity of linen of different sizes, and both parties shall sign it.

2-4 If it is confirmed that the cleaning quality is unqualified during the acceptance, Party B will unconditionally take back the rework.

3. Quality requirements

Through negotiation between both parties, Party B must ensure that the linen returned to Party A after washing meets the following requirements:

Clean, no stain residue; Ironing is smooth and crisp, and the appearance has no discoloration, cross-color, decoloration and graying; No residual odor; No damage caused by fabric hardness, fuzzing, scratches or washing; Finished products are arranged and stacked according to specifications.

3-2 Party B must ensure that the washing quality of linen meets the use standards of three-star hotels; And have the obligation to use the best technology and raw materials to maintain the fabric to extend its service life. Do not use any washing equipment and raw materials harmful to human health.

3-3 When Party B returns the washed linen, Party A shall send someone to inspect it according to the acceptance and quality standards agreed by both parties; Unqualified Party B must rework unconditionally. After the acceptance, the responsible persons of both parties shall sign the acceptance handover form for confirmation. Take the category and quantity indicated in the acceptance form as the settlement basis.

4, linen shuttle bus transportation and expenses

All transportation and expenses of linen transportation have been included in the linen washing price agreed by both parties. Party B is responsible for all transportation and expenses of linen. Except for the agreed price, Party A does not need to pay any other fees.

Party B shall be responsible for compensating Party A for the loss, unknown quantity and accidental damage of linen for any reason according to the original purchase price of Party A and the goods price evidence provided by Party A. ..

5. If Party B's finished washing product is found unqualified after acceptance, Party B will unconditionally rework it, and all expenses will be borne by Party B. Party A does not need to pay any other expenses for it.

6. Party A and Party B shall each bear 50% of the losses caused by the negligence of both parties in the handover, or the losses caused by the responsibilities of both parties, and the losses that cannot be clearly defined.

7. Party B shall also be responsible for compensating Party A for premature aging and shortened service life of linen caused by improper washing process or raw materials.

(8) According to the objective situation of the washing industry, there must be natural loss of quality in the process of using and washing clothes. During the washing process, Party B shall not be responsible for clothes fading, shrinkage, button dropping, property loss in clothes, natural mildew, pollution that cannot be washed away, poor quality of clothes, deformation and thread opening. However, if the damage, dyeing and loss caused by Party B in the process of washing and carrying clothes are confirmed by Party B to be Party B's responsibility, Party B shall pay compensation at 5 times to 10 times the unit price of linen. Damaged linen or linen that can't be cleaned or reported as damaged belongs to the hotel, which will keep it in a unified way.

(IX) If Party A and Party B terminate the cooperative relationship, they shall notify the other party in writing half a month in advance to terminate the execution of this Agreement.

(X) All kinds of washing products used by Party B shall conform to the relevant national hygiene and environmental protection standards, and shall be disinfected according to the hygiene regulations. The washing cloth shall be packaged with special packaging cloth when receiving and sending.

(1 1) If Party A changes its name, it shall notify Party B and settle the previous money laundering, and both parties shall sign a valid contract separately.

(XII) This Agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and it shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by the legal representatives or authorized representatives of both parties. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation; If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the local people's court.

5. The washing time is tentatively set at about 15.00- 16.00 in the afternoon, and the linen distribution time is set at 7.00-8.00 in the morning;

6. Abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel, do not make noise on the floor, block the passage, improperly use the elevator, etc. , and be polite to guests;

7. Other matters not covered shall be supplemented by both parties through consultation;
