Liaoning: Shenyang city to build 25 sewage treatment plant sewage treatment rate will reach 100%

With 15 sewage treatment plants in Shenyang City, one after another, within two years, Shenyang City will be built 25 urban sewage treatment plants, will then add sewage treatment capacity of 1,175,000 tons, so as to achieve the urban sewage treatment rate of 100%.

The city has been built in the urban areas of Shen Shuiwan, Fairy River, Mantang River, such as different sizes of nine urban sewage treatment plants, the actual daily sewage treatment capacity of 1.17 million tons of sewage, sewage treatment rate in 2002 by 13% rose to 75%. In order to realize the creation of a national ecological city and emission reduction goals, the city determined that within two years to build 25 urban, suburban, county sewage treatment plants, while building another 105 township sewage treatment facilities. It is understood that, in line with the limit to achieve the idea of resourceful use of sewage, Shenyang City, continue to strengthen the use of renewable water resources, and vigorously promote water reuse projects, has built 100 water reuse demonstration projects, the city's water reuse project - the northern sewage treatment plant is basically completed, scheduled for September this year for the Kangping power plant to provide 80,000 tons of water per day.
