It is mainly used to remove pigmented lesions, pigmentation formed by mixed pigments and traumatic pigmentation. QNd3+:YAG dual-wavelength pulsed laser can treat a variety of refractory pigment diseases: ① Ota nevus: generally, gray-blue mottled patches appear in the upper part of one side of the face, even the sclera of the eye will have gray-blue, and the pigment reaches to the dermis. ② Freckles: Small brown spots from the tip of a needle to the size of a grain of rice, scattered on the cheeks and the bridge of the nose. They usually exist in childhood and always exist. ③ Tattooing, eyebrow tattooing and eyeliner tattooing: Pigment is artificially implanted into the dermis, or pencil lead and iron powder enter the dermis due to accidental injury. ④ Zygomatic nevus: After puberty, a cluster of gray-blue needle-like to rice-grain-sized spots gradually appeared on both cheekbones or under the lateral sides of both eyes, and a few patients had family inheritance. ⑤ Sunburn: Oval protuberance or smooth, dark brown patch, which is easy to appear on the outside of forearm, back of hand, front of calf and face, about the size of rice grains to pentagonal coins, and begins to appear in middle age.
