Born in 1976, a native of Linxian, Shanxi Province, he graduated from Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1999, majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion, and participated in the work of Shanxi Acupuncture and Moxibustion Research Institute in the same year, and then pursued a master's degree and a doctorate degree in Guiyang Medical College and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is now the deputy director of the Brain Disease Center of the Third Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the secretary of the Brain Disease Committee of Shanxi Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association, a member of the Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association, the secretary-general of the 11th Five-Year Plan of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the construction of key brain disease specialties, the editorial board member of the Journal of Medicine New Knowledge, and the supervisor of master's degree students.

He has been engaged in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for more than 10 years, and has published more than 20 academic papers, participated in 6 provincial and ministerial-level projects, and organized more than 20 scientific research projects. The main research direction is: acupuncture and medicine combination treatment of cranial and cerebral severe multi-organ failure, post-stroke severe complications of clinical research. She specializes in the treatment of post-stroke gastrointestinal dysfunction, lung infection, renal insufficiency and other serious complications, as well as stroke hemiparesis, aphasia, dysphagia, insomnia, vertigo, epilepsy and other cerebral disorders by combining acupuncture and medicine.
