2. High temperature air duct
The waste heat power generation pipeline and the pipeline from grate cooler to dust collector are used to transport high-temperature gas containing hard particles, which are characterized by high temperature, large flow rate, high particle hardness and serious equipment wear, especially at the elbow, which generally wears away in less than one year. According to the theoretical and practical simulation research, it is found that the molecules of steel are more active at high temperature, and wear more easily than at normal temperature or low temperature, so some elbows become weak links. Because the equipment is usually on the high-altitude bracket, it is inconvenient to maintain, which affects the safe use of the equipment, and the shutdown and maintenance seriously affect the output.
The general solution is passive repair or castable coating. Although these methods can prolong the service life of equipment to a certain extent, the effect is limited. Practice has proved that sticking wear-resistant ceramics on the inner wall is the best solution, which can prolong the service life of equipment by more than 20 times. However, due to the high temperature in this part, the key is to solve the problem that ceramics will not fall off at high temperature. On the basis of many years' practice, Sincerely introduced foreign advanced technology, and changed the ceramic fixing method from the traditional simple sticking to the triple fixing of high-temperature resistant inorganic glue, arch joint and stud welding, which raised the service temperature to 750℃, completely solved the problem of ceramic falling off at high temperature, greatly enhanced the reliability and generally extended the service life of equipment by more than 20 times.
(3) Jingcheng adhesive series (NMC-J)

For the equipment and parts impacted by large materials, ordinary ceramic pieces are hard to bear the strong impact of materials, which easily leads to the ceramic fragmentation or falling off, while wear-resistant materials mainly made of metal can not meet the wear-resistant requirements, such as hoppers and chutes. Adhesive wear-resistant ceramic linings have both the high wear resistance of ceramics and the impact resistance of rubber. At the same time, they are fixed by gluing and bolts to ensure that they will not fall off when they are strongly impacted.
A square special ceramic block is embedded in the special rubber to form a square wear rubber gasket, and then the gasket is bonded to the steel plate of the inner shell of the equipment with high-strength organic adhesive to form a firm buffer and wear-resistant layer. In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, a gasket with bolts can also be designed.
