Regulations on Personnel Management in Public Institutions
Article 9 Public recruitment of staff in public institutions shall be carried out in accordance with the following procedures:
(1) Formulation of the public recruitment program;
(2) Announcement of recruitment information such as recruitment positions, qualifications and so on;
(3) Review of the qualifications of applicants;
(3) Examination of candidates;
(4) Publicity of recruitment information. /p>
(4) examination, inspection;
(5) physical examination;
(6) publicize the list of candidates to be recruited;
(7) enter into a contract of employment, and go through the procedures for employment.
Article 10: Where candidates for posts are generated within the organization and need to be recruited competitively, the following procedures shall be followed:
(1) Formulation of the competitive recruitment program;
(2) Announcement of the competitive posts, qualifications, and term of appointment in the organization;
(3) Examination of qualifications of the competitors;
(4) Examination and appraisal;
(5) Publication of the list of proposed staff in the organization;
(6) Conclusion of the employment contract;
(7) Conclusion of the employment procedures. p>(v) publicize the list of proposed candidates in the unit;
(vi) handle the appointment procedures.
