Emerson Communication Module (Rectifier Module) HD4825-3, HD4830-3 Product Specification

Emerson HD4825-3, HD4830-3 Product Overview

Communication Module (Rectifier Module) HD4825-3, HD4830-3 is developed by comprehensively utilizing modern power electronics and industrial control technologies, and is built with advanced microprocessor, adopting comprehensive soft-switching technology, efficiency and EMC reach the industry's first-class level.

Emerson HD4825-3, HD4830-3 product features

Adopting active power factor compensation technology, the power factor value reaches 0.99

The normal operating range of AC input voltage is as wide as 90~290V, and when the voltage is as low as 170V~180V at a certain point, the communication module (rectifier module) will turn to limit the output of power, and the return difference is less than 10V

. Adopting comprehensive soft-switching technology, the efficiency is as high as 91% or more

Adopting non-destructive hot-plugging technology, plug and play, the replacement time is less than 1min

Complete fault protection, fault alarm function

Ultra-low radiation, safe and reliable

Communication Module (Rectifier Module) HD4825-3, HD4830-3

This system uses HD4825-3 /HD4830-3 high-frequency switching module, each module output current 25A/30A, its mechanical parameters are shown in Table 1-3, the shape is shown in Figure 1-2 and Figure 1-3.

PM-9000 multi-parameter monitor is a bedside monitor developed and produced by Myriad Bio-medical Electronics Corporation, which is rich in functions and can be applied to the bedside monitoring of adults, pediatrics and neonates.

The monitor can monitor electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration (RESP), oxygen saturation (SPO2), non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), dual-channel temperature (TEMP), dual-channel invasive blood pressure (IBP), and so on, and it can be configured with the corresponding parameters according to the clinical needs. It according to the parameter measurement module function, display and record output integrated into one, constituting a compact, lightweight monitor.

So far our hospital has purchased more than 50 units. The completion rate is above 98%, and the clinical utilization rate is also very high. Over the years of use and maintenance, made some scientific management experience, is introduced as follows for reference only.

A good monitor QA and QC

We put the equipment staffing, related personnel to improve the technical level and other conditions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment is called quality assurance (QA); we supervise and check the safety, reliability, stability of the instrument is called quality control (QC). Because the monitor has an important role in clinical applications, forcing us to strengthen the QA and QC of the monitor.

(A) Installation and commissioning

This work is carried out by our engineers in cooperation with the manufacturer's engineers **** with. First open the box to check the monitor and accessories for damage. Then connect the power cord (pay attention to whether the ground connection is good), turn on the power switch, the system will emit a "beep" sound, while the alarm lights to different alarm colors flash once, in about 10 seconds, the system self-test success, into the main screen of the guardian. After the required sensors will be connected to the monitor and the patient's monitoring part to start the implementation of monitoring.

(B) personnel training

Correct operation can reduce the failure rate of the equipment, and thus improve the integrity of the equipment and utilization. As I 92 years since the hospital has been purchased in batches of more than 50 units, it is not suitable for centralized training, the first by the manufacturer on-site training of operators. So that all operators are proficient in the operating procedures and the use of precautions. Later, by passing on the guidance of the engineers and the hospital to train a batch of excellent operators, to avoid equipment failure caused by misuse, thus improving the clinical utilization rate, to provide a guarantee for clinical treatment.
