3. Application procedures for ATA Document Book: (1) Fill in the application form and attach the applicant's identity documents. Applicant for a natural person, provide a copy of ID card or passport; applicant for the enterprise legal person, provide a copy of the business license of the legal person, the applicant for the institution, provide a copy of the registration certificate of the legal person of the institution. (2) Fill in the general list of goods. (3) Provide guarantee. The guarantee can be in the form of deposit, bank or insurance company guarantee or written guarantee recognized by CCPIT. (4) Pay the handling fee for ATA Document Register application. The staff of ATA Division of CICC will verify the application information and issue a payment notice to the applicant according to the relevant information. The applicant shall deliver the payment in accordance with the amount stated in the Payment Notice and the payment method selected at the time of application, and send the application form, the Master List of Goods, the original copy of the applicant's identity document and other documents required by the Chamber to the ATA Office of the CICC prior to the issuance of the certificate.
