(XXI) environmental protection engineering professional contracting enterprise qualification level standard
Environmental protection engineering professional contracting enterprise qualification is divided into a first-class, second-class, third-class.
Enterprises applying for qualification for the first time can only start from the lowest level (Level III).
Third-level qualification standards:
1. In the past five years, the enterprise has undertaken coal-fired flue gas desulphurization projects of thermal power units with a stand-alone capacity of more than 50,000 kilowatts, or the construction of more than four out of the following six projects, and the quality of the projects is qualified.
(1) Biogas digester project for poultry and animal manure with a single pool capacity of more than 100 cubic meters;
(2) Anaerobic biochemical treatment pool project with a single pool capacity of more than 200 cubic meters;
(3) Comprehensive treatment project for noise, hazardous gases, dust, sewage, and industrial wastes in general industrial projects;
(4) Flue gas desulphurization project for industrial and Centralized heating coal-fired boiler flue gas desulphurization project;
(5) Class B grade hospital medical sewage treatment works;
(6) a single contract value of more than 3 million yuan of environmental protection projects.
2, the manager of the enterprise has more than 5 years of experience in engineering management; technical personnel with more than 5 years of experience in construction technology management and has the specialty of intermediate or higher title; financial personnel with more than junior accounting title. Enterprises have the title of engineering and technical personnel not less than l5 people, of which not less than 5 people with intermediate title or above, and not less than 3 related professional engineers and technicians.
Enterprises have no less than five builders above the third level of qualification.
3, the enterprise registered capital of more than 1 million yuan, the enterprise net assets of more than l20 million yuan.
4, the enterprise in the past three years the highest annual project settlement income of more than 3 million yuan.
5, the enterprise has with the scope of the contracted works of construction machinery and quality testing equipment.
Contracting scope:
First-class enterprises: can undertake the construction of various types of environmental protection projects.
Second-level enterprises: can undertake a single contract value does not exceed five times the registered capital of the construction of the following projects:
Single pool volume of 600 cubic meters and the following poultry, animal manure biogas project; single pool volume of 800 cubic meters and the following anaerobic biochemical treatment pool project;
1, capacity of 300,000 kilowatts and the following coal-fired flue gas desulphurization of coal-fired thermal power generation units; 40 tons and the following industrial and centralized heat supply coal-fired gas desulfurization project. The following industrial and centralized heating coal-fired boiler flue gas desulphurization project;
2, industrial projects (including the nuclear industry), noise, hazardous gases, dust, sewage, industrial waste comprehensive treatment works;
3, grade A and the following grade of hospital medical sewage treatment works.
Third-level enterprises: can undertake a single contract value does not exceed five times the registered capital of the construction of the following projects:
1, a single pool volume of 300 cubic meters and the following poultry, animal manure biogas project; a single pool volume of 400 cubic meters and the following anaerobic biochemical treatment pool project;
2, a single capacity of 200,000 kilowatts and the following coal-fired thermal power generation units, desulfurization of coal-fired flue gas project; 20 tons and the following industrial and central heating coal-fired boiler flue gas desulphurization project;
3, small industrial projects, noise, harmful gases, dust, sewage, industrial waste comprehensive treatment works;
4, first-class A and the following grades of hospitals, medical sewage treatment works.
