Article 50 These Measures shall apply to all levels and types of medical and health institutions throughout the country.
Article 51 These Measures shall be interpreted by the Ministry of Health.
Article 52 Provincial health administrative departments may, in accordance with the provisions of these Measures and in the light of the actual situation in their respective regions, formulate implementation rules.
Article 53 These Measures shall come into force on the date of publication. 1996 Ministry of Health, "Medical and Health Organization Instrument and Equipment Management Measures" (Health Planning and Development [1996] No. 180) shall be repealed simultaneously.
