What are the technological processes for making flat dry signs?

1) blanking: it is required that the blank size is generally larger than the plate-making size (above 5mm), and the board surface is flat and smooth without pits.

2) Pretreatment: ① polishing, ② wire drawing, ③ treatment and ④ oxidation.

3) Water seal: After degreasing and film removal, the plate is quickly immersed in water and cannot contact with air.

4) Glue coating: Collocation of glue solution. Glue: 200-230g of water: 1000 ml, boiled in boiling water for 2 hours to fully dissolve the glue solution. When the temperature drops to 30-50℃, add 25-30g of photosensitizer (ammonium bicarbonate), then evenly spread the glue solution on a metal plate and dry it for later use.

5) Printing: photosensitive printing can be carried out by using SB750 vacuum printer. Take the lamp for 60-2250 px for 40-80 seconds, develop it in warm water 1 min, and then dye it in color solution.

6) Glossy: After the fully dyed brand is completely dried, brush it with a brush or a spray gun (usually eye paint or baking-free gloss paint).
