Computer system maintenance service contract standard

Article 1 Scope of Contract

This contract is about _______ Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as Party B) providing computer system maintenance and upkeep services to __________ (hereinafter referred to as Party A).

Party B shall ensure the efficient and stable operation of Party A's existing computer system.

1. "System Equipment List" (see Annex I for details)

Confirmed by Party A and Party B*** with the same signature, listed in the software and hardware equipment to be provided by Party B to provide services, brand, configuration, serial number, warranty period and other content of the list. Prior to the execution of the contract, Party B will provide Party A with the "system equipment list" in the equipment to carry out comprehensive testing.

2. Contract equipment or equipment

2.1. The equipment or accessories listed in the "System Equipment List".

2.2. You will only provide services for the contract equipment.

3. Faulty Equipment

Contract Equipment that has been accepted by you as faulty.

4. Standard service hours

Monday through Friday, daily ____am - ____pm (Beijing time), except public **** holidays in mainland China.

Service contents:

1. System upgrade and update consulting;

2. Regular testing and maintenance;

3. Installation and configuration of hardware upgrade;

4. Data migration and recovery;

5. Virus detection and removal;

6. Operating system failure detection and troubleshooting;

7. Reinstallation and debugging of the operating system when the system equipment is replaced;

8. Detection of the network hardware equipment;

9. Checking of the system connections

12. printer and other peripheral equipment driver installation and maintenance.

Article 2: Maintenance

1. Regular maintenance

Party B's computer system at least once a month for maintenance, including system optimization, hard disk finishing and anti-virus and chassis dust removal.

2. Random Troubleshooting

2.1.Telephone Support

Party B through the service phone to the Party's faulty equipment to make the basic fault determination, troubleshooting, operational guidance services. Telephone support does not eliminate all the faults.

2.2 On-site Service

When Party B determines that it is not possible to troubleshoot the faulty equipment through telephone support only, it will assign an engineer to arrive at the service site during the standard service hours according to the relevant provisions in the contract terms and conditions.

Article 3 Services not covered by the Contract

1. Equipment not included in the list of system equipment.

2. Data loss not caused by Party B.

3. In Party A does not allow Party B to enter and exit. The service can only be completed in the place where we do not allow you to enter and exit.

4. The place other than the place where you promised to provide the service.

5. Any software or hardware failure or error due to a demonstrable inherent defect in the product (software, hardware) itself.

6. All operating systems and applications other than those developed by microsoft (e.g. dos, win3x, win9x, winnt, winXX, winXP, etc.).

Article IV Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform their respective responsibilities in a timely manner due to accidents caused by fire, flood, war, violence, or other similar force majeure events. However, the parties may delay the performance of this contract as a result.

Article 5 Confidentiality

The other party shall not unilaterally disclose to any person the contents of any document marked with the word "CONFIDENTIAL" or a similar word, or any document that does not have such a word, but which is of a confidential nature, without the prior written authorization of the other party. However, this clause does not cover information that is well known and of demonstrably low value. Both parties shall ensure that their staff are aware of the confidentiality of such information. If a subcontractor appointed by you undertakes to comply with this clause, you may disclose the confidential contents to that subcontractor. The period of confidentiality will not be limited by the duration of this contract.

Article 6 Maintenance Fee

Party A pays Party B the maintenance fee of CNY: ____ Yuan/month (RMB ____ Yuan/month), totaling CNY ____ Yuan/year (RMB ____ Yuan/year), which is payable in one lump sum from the date of the contract.

Article VII Term of Contract

Article VIII Arbitration and Law

All disputes arising from the implementation of this contract or related to the contract shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the two parties, and disputes that cannot be resolved through friendly consultation shall be submitted to the relevant state departments for arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Arbitration of Economic Contracts in accordance with the laws of China.

Article IX Other
