1. Wipe off the anti-rust oil on the datum surface of the part with oil remover. Since the datum surface from which the anti-rust oil is removed is prone to rust, it can be painted with paint of low viscosity and reused.
2. parts 1 ~ 3 of the side of the base surface against the positioning step side of the base surface, pre-fixed with screws in the bed and slide table datum, tightening force should not be too large, so that the bottom of the parts and the relative datum can be tightly bonded.
3. Adjustment side of the part 4 for temporary fixation.
4. Carefully insert the cage near the center.
5. Attach the end stopper to the end of the rail.
6. Adjust the cage to the center of the bed by moving the slider left and right to the end.
7. Punch the gauge head to the center and side of the slide.
8. Move the slide table to the end of one side and, after making sure there is a roller right where the adjusting screw is, gently tighten the adjusting screw.
9. Move the slide to the end of the other side and lightly tighten as above.
10. Move the slide table to the center position and lightly tighten the adjusting screw.
11. Repeat steps 8-10 to adjust the gap of the slide table until it reaches 0.
12. Referring to the torque values given in the table below, tighten the adjusting screw according to steps 8-10.
13. Finally, tighten part 4. Similar to the adjusting screw tightening procedure, move the slide to ensure that the tightening bolts are facing the rollers.
