①Purified water cycle pre-rinse: in the storage tank is filled with enough room temperature purified water, purified water pump to circulate, 15mm after opening the drain valve, the side of the cycle while discharging.
② lye cleaning: in the storage tank filled with enough room-temperature purified water (70 degrees above the best hot water), prepare NaOH chemical reagent, prepared as 1% or so (volume concentration) of the lye, with the pump for the cycle, the time is not less than 30min, and then discharged.
③ Flushing: add purified water to the storage tank, start the purification pump, open the drain valve to discharge until the conductivity of the water at each exit point is the same as that of the water in the tank, and the discharge time is not less than 30mm.
④ Passivation:
a. Prepare an 8% acid solution with purified water and chemically pure nitric acid, and discharge it after circulating it for 60min at 49-52℃.
b, or with 3% hydrochloric acid (v/v), 20% nitric acid (v/v), 77% purified water to formulate a solution, the solution temperature at 25-35 ℃, circulating treatment 10-20min, and then discharged.
⑤Initial rinsing: rinse with purified water at room temperature for not less than 5min.
6Final rinsing: rinse again until the conductivity of inlet and outlet purified water is the same.
7 pure steam or ozone disinfection: clean steam into the entire stainless steel piping system, each water point at least 15min rinse. or ozone and purified water mixed with purified water pump pumping cycle, the time is not less than 30min, each water point rinse more than 1min.
