Article 37 The establishment of medical aid for major illnesses, into the financial account, earmarked. Medical aid for major illnesses consists of the following items:
(a) the individual participants to pay the medical aid for major illnesses co-ordination fee;
(b) 3% per year from the basic medical insurance co-ordination fund of the year;
(c) financial special subsidies;
(d) social donations or other.
Article 38 The insured shall participate in the coordination of medical assistance for major diseases at the same time as they participate in the basic medical insurance. The monthly contribution standard of medical assistance for major illnesses shall not be higher than 0.5% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the province in the previous year. Urban participants in the medical assistance for major illnesses co-ordination fee is paid in accordance with the following standards and methods:
(a) 9 yuan per person per month for employees, by the insured unit in their wages withheld and paid monthly;
(b) 9 yuan per person per month for flexibly employed persons, paid monthly;
(c) 3 yuan per person per month for retired, retired persons, from the payroll (pension) issued by the unit of withholding and paid monthly;
(d) 3 yuan per person per month for retired, retired persons, paid monthly, by the unit of withholding and paid monthly. The unit withholds and pays on behalf of the employee and pays on a monthly basis.
Article 39 In a year, the hospitalization (including outpatient for special diseases) medical expenses incurred by insured persons in accordance with the scope of basic medical insurance above the maximum limit of the basic medical insurance co-ordination fund and not exceeding the maximum limit of 150,000 yuan (inclusive) shall be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of the treatment of the medical aid for the major illnesses of the place where the insured is insured, and the proportion of the payment of the medical aid for the major illnesses of the incumbent personnel shall not be less than 70% (of which urban areas is 80%), retired, retired staff of major medical aid payment ratio of not less than 80% (of which the urban areas for 90%).
More than the maximum limit of 150,000 yuan of hospitalization (including outpatient special diseases) medical expenses, medical aid for major illnesses will not be paid.
